A 22 year old father (Corey Manitia) and his one-year-old son (Parker Manitia) were killed in a head on collision in Lincoln County Saturday evening.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says 42-year-old Shanna Cook from Tennessee was driving on Highway 47 near Gerding Road when she crossed the center line and hit a minivan driven by Corey Manitia of Winfield head on.
Destiny Manitia 21 was life flighted by “Arch Helicopter” to Mercy Creve Coeur and is in serious condition.
Shanna Cook died at the scene.
