O’FALLON, MO – Tuesday afternoon around 12:45PM, police were called by a woman who had left a home after a domestic dispute at the Mark Twain Mobile Home Park, off Veterans Memorial Parkway near Pund Rd.
Officers saw a man with a weapon who went back into the home and refused to come back out. Police have called in additional police units for assistance, including the St. Charles County Regional SWAT Team.
