The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Lincoln area so that its citizens and all areas of its business community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to economic, civil, commercial, industrial, cultural and educational interests of the area. The word area is defined in the by-laws as: the city of Lincoln, Missouri and the rural trade area surrounding Lincoln.

St. Peters Chamber of Commerce
In 1939, nine local businessmen decided it was time to reactivate the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce which had been dormant since its inception in 1917. In December 2011, the memberships of both the St. Peters and St. Charles Chambers of Commerce voted to merge the two organizations. In March 2012, we officially became the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
