ST. LOUIS – A car crash near N. Broadway and Harlan led to a 9-year-old being injured and taken to a hospital. The crash happened at around 11 a.m. when one vehicle hit another, trapping the child between them. The child is in critical condition.
The driver who caused the crash ran away after the crash. He later turned himself in to Police
