ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – One motorcyclist has died from injuries after a crash Saturday afternoon on Interstate 70 in St. Charles County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. Saturday on I-70 near TR Hughes Boulevard.
Investigators say a motorcyclist was transported to a hospital for treatment, though later pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the crash.
Based on preliminary information, MSHP believes another passenger vehicle, possibly a tractor trailer, was involved in the crash and left the scene.
The crash led to some notable traffic delays Saturday afternoon along I-70.
