ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The St. Louis County Police Department (SLCPD) has issued an endangered missing persons advisory for three minors from Olivette.
According to officials, Anyla Rogers, 2; Alaya Rogers, 1; and 4-month-old Kaysen Rogers were last seen at their home Thursday morning in the 1200 block of Wibracht Place.
SLCPD says the three children were taken without permission from their non-custodial biological father.
A neighbor, who didn’t want to be on camera, told FOX 2 the neighborhood is usually “quiet.” She noticed a heavy police presence but had no idea what was happening.
She concluded that residents in the area keep to themselves and don’t interact with each other.
Anyone with information on the children’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 and contact SLCPD at 636-529-8210.
Police are searching for a black 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, which has a temporary Illinois tag. The information on the tag is unknown, according to SLCPD.
