Surviving MoDOT worker says state offered $100K to settle

Five years ago, a driver ran into three MoDOT workers at Telegraph Road over Interstate 255, killing James Brooks and a pregnant Kaitlyn Anderson and leaving Michael Brown with disabilities and a brain injury.
